The Long Beach Public Works Department is celebrating the completion of the Artesia Great Boulevard Project this Saturday, May 31st, with a bike event marking the finale of Bike Month. Bike Long Beach will have a booth there; come say hi!
Kicking off at 9 a.m with a family-friendly activities including a bike rodeo and free bike tune-ups, and leading up to a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 10 a.m., the event will conclude with a Uptown Community Bike Ride giving riders the opportunity to try out Artesia Boulevard’s brand new bike infrastructure.
